Before you book, get ready your pup’s:

  • Name

  • DOB

  • Latest Vaccination record/pic to upload

  • Remember that your pup needs to be desexed by 10 months of age

Here’s the deal before you book your pup in for their Temperament Test!

  • Drop off your pooch for their 7:30 or 9:30am Temp Test appointment

  • The Temp Test should take about 2 hours.

  • If you don’t hear from us, all is well and you will shortly receive your Temp Test Report via SMS or email

  • If there are any issues, we will call you!

  • The whole first day including the Temperament Test is complimentary- so feel free to leave your pup longer if all goes well! We usually recommend for your pup to stay at least up to 6 hours or so to allow them to settle into the new environment

  • Make sure your pup has a collar and lead when you come in! We have individual lead boxes to store leads/harnesses & belongings

  • Let us know if your pup has any dietary requirements as we give out little treats throughout the day!

  • Once your pup has finished their Temperament Test, you can book them into more fun & daycare by using the LOGIN & BOOK button for existing clients!

  • If you have Instagram, please follow us so you can see what your pup gets up to during the day :)

Temp Test Frequently Asked Questions

  • All puppies over the age of 10 months must be desexed prior to trying daycare!

  • All our pups who attend daycare must be up to date with their vaccinations and have had a Kennel Cough Booster.

    We also accept Titre Tested pups!

  • Shy or anxious dogs can definitely attend daycare!

    We would take it slow and make sure your pup is comfortable throughout each step of our Temp Test process.

  • We spend a little time first to bond with your pup so that they can learn to trust us and come to us for reassurance.

    Then we introduce one dog at a time, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable during each new introduction.

    Once we’ve introduced a few different types/sizes/ages of dogs, your pup has passed their Temp Test and can be integrated to the main pens :D

  • If you pup doesn’t pass, that’s ok!

    It just means a busy doggy daycare environment with so many new sounds, smells, people & dogs isn’t the most suitable place for your pooch right now!

    We will call you and talk you through what we observed and you can collect your pup.
